About us. kyors.com is operated by Moreviews Pty Ltd trading as KYORS ("KYORS", "we", "us"). Contact: support@kyors.com.

 

Our products. KYORS products are cosmetic skincare products, intended to improve the look and feel of skin. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. Always patch test new skincare and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns, check with your healthcare professional before use.

 

Orders and payment. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods shown. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing error or stock issues) — if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

 

Subscriptions. Some purchases are subscriptions that renew automatically. The renewal price and frequency are shown clearly at checkout before you buy (for example: billed every 30 days until cancelled). By purchasing a subscription you authorise us to charge your saved payment method each renewal.

 

Cancel anytime: email support@kyors.com and we'll cancel your subscription — no phone calls, no hoops. Requests are actioned within 2 business days. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancel at least 2 business days before your renewal date. You can also pause or delay your subscription — just ask. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and/or contact you to update your payment details.

 

Promotions and free gifts. Promotional pricing, bundles and free gifts apply as described at the time of purchase, while stocks last, and may change or end at any time. Digital gifts (e-books) are delivered electronically.

 

Intellectual property. All content on this site (branding, copy, images) is owned by or licensed to Moreviews Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the amount paid. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand consumer law.

 

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

 

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act & Fair Trading Act remain unaffected.
